The Leather Research Laboratory have scheduled their Regulatory Management Seminar for June 7 -8, 2001, once again at the law offices of Collier Shannon Scott in Washington, DC. This increasingly popular seminar has been specifically designed for regulatory and technical personnel and is open to LIA member firms only. Registration cost is $495.
Course instruction will be led jointly by Leather Research Laboratory Director, Dr Nicholas J Cory, and a team of environmental attourneys led by John Wittenborn from Collier Shannon Scott.
This year’s seminar will provide an in-depth review of recent and pending legislative/ regulatory developments in all areas of concern to the leather tanning industry. This will cover Ergonomics, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, OSHA, and specific state issues.
