Satra have a new business manager for their materials and product testing programmes. Steve Rose has been promoted, having successfully managed ongoing development of the UK-based technology centre’s test procedures for several years.
He joined Satra in 1978 with a degree in polymer science and technology gained at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), UK.
He initially worked as part of a research team evaluating footwear uppers before taking on a broader brief as a team leader responsible for a wider range of Satra test services.
