Four students from Kenya have been awarded their BSc degrees from BSLT, University of Northampton: Paul Mutegi Ephantus, Ahmed Abdikarim, Joel Musyoka Mwondu and John Otieno Okumu. Mwondu also took first prize in the BSc (Hons) Materials Technology (Leather), Ephantus took second prize and Hassan third.
MSc Leather Technology degrees went to Kaleab Gebrie, Ethiopia; Mert Kahramanoglu, Türkiye; and Rakesh Rajaram, India.
Mercedes Katalina, Spain, and Yonggang Duan, China, have been awarded doctorates.
The Leathersellers prize went to Zeeshan Alam (India) and the Leather International prize to Kian Hua Teo (Jerry) (Singapore).
Leathersellers certificates in leather studies were awarded to Arsalan Ahmad (India), Taimoor Alam (India), Zeeshan Alam (India), Yusuf Anwar (India), Umberto Biagi (Italy), Gabriele Di Sandro (Italy), Kit Ruangsisomboon (Thailand), Kian Hua Teo (Singapore) and Wee Tiong Teo (Singapore).
