The show exhibition area was 18,500 sq m, and attracted a total of 460 exhibitors from different countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan Province, Portugal, Russia and Thailand, etc. The exhibition was classified into a Shoes Zone, Material, Leather and Accessories Zone and Shoe Machinery Zone. The show also had strong support from industry associations which organised groups to participate, including Hong Kong Footwear Association, Dongguan Shoe Materials Association, Taiwan Shoe-making Machinery Association, and Dongguan Shoe-making Machinery Association.

The exhibition attracted a total of 14,879 professional buyers and visitors from 80 countries and regions. Overseas buyers and visitors accounted for about 20% of overall visitors, including a Brazil buyer group organised by the China (Brazil) Investment Development & Trade Centre.

Over 20 enterprises including Juri, Mesuca, and Propet visited the exhibition and joined business meetings onsite with exhibitors. UK ExpoPromo Group also invited a 20-buyer group from Russia, Ukraine, Europe and other countries and regions to Dongguan China Shoes. The Shenzhen Leather Industry Association also organised a visitor group too.
