Wolverine acquire Collective Brands
Wolverine Worldwide have agreed to acquire Collective Brands’ Performance + Lifestyle Group (PLG), which includes the wholesale and retail operations of the Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Stride Rite and Keds brands, for $1.23 billion.
