Gemata is the worldwide leader in the manufacture of leather finishing machines and its brand is synonymous with roller coating machines.

Our company is located in Trissino, Vicenza (Italy), where we produce machines for automation in the tannery: conveyor belts, sorting machines and stackers to pile the leather at the end of the finishing processes.

Our portfolio includes also the Rollmac proprietary brand: it is devoted to the production of machinery for enamelling and satin-coating flat glass.

"Less waste, more nature" is the vision that has inspired us since our foundation in 1979 and it is part of our business approach: in April 1999, Gemata was the first tanning machinery manufacturer to achieve ISO 9002 Quality Certification, followed by ISO 14001 Environmental Certification in July 2001 and by ISO 9001:2000 in June 2003.

Above all, we design machines to maximise performance efficiency and minimise negative environmental impacts. All the products are projected in the company by a R&D office, formed by a technical staff who perceive the customers' needs and translate them, quickly and efficiently, in satisfying products that are constantly checked and monitored. We are a staff of more than 100 people and customer satisfaction is an integral part of our strategy.
