Bata to transfer tannery unit

Bata India are to transfer their tannery division at Makamehghat to BDCL Enterprises Private as part of their restructuring plan. The tannery division will be transferred in consideration of BDCL allotting their shares to Bata India shareholders. BDCL was incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing, selling and importing chemicals, tea, coffee, and also manufacturing, buying, selling leathergoods and all allied products related to leather, hides, skin, polyester, fibre and fur yarn.
