Top Ground PL from Quimser is based on an acrylic - polyurethane in an aqueous means with auxiliaries. Developed for use on woolskins, the product offers good coverage for pigmented finishing. It forms an elastic and opaque film and has good levelling properties. In transparent finishings it does not affect the shade. Sercryl PU-M is a medium hard matt polyurethane in an aqueous medium which provides an opaque film with good physical properties and a pleasant handle. This water based matt agent is suitable for use in all aqueous base coat formulations, enhancing surface uniformity. The product can also be used in furniture and automotive upholstery, as well as in final tops and groundings. Sercryl A-222 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin of medium soft hardness with excellent lightfastness. It gives elastic films without tacking and offers very good print retention. This versatile product can be used in any stage of the finishing process. Its ability to provide easily processable soft leather makes it especially suitable for the finishing of shoe upper and garment leather. Sercryl A-232 is an acrylic - polyurethane based polymer dispersion of medium soft hardness. It forms films with good coverage keeping a natural milled grain, has very good physical properties, a pleasant handle, good ironing characteristics and excellent embossability. It has a wide range of applications in the finishing of softer leather types. Top Ground Fur is a soft base coat resin based on binders and auxiliaries. It is designed for use in finishing buffed furniture upholstery leathers with excellent coverage and good embossability even at high temperatures and pressures. The product is characterised by excellent physical properties and provides good wet and dry flexometer values as well as very good resistance to hydrolysis and heat.
