Leather upholstery conference and APLF in Hong Kong

This weekend, the Leather International team are off to Hong Kong for the 3rd Upholstery Leather Conference which takes place of April 5, followed by the Asia Pacific Leather Fair, April 6-9, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The conference, which is organised by Leather International, theSauerReport and Rizzi Pellami is sponsored by BASF and Fenice. It kicks off with cocktails on the evening of April 4, and finishes with a gala dinner the following night at the Park Lane Hotel. There is a full day programme on April 5 which will bring together speakers and leading industry figures and gives plenty of opportunity for delegates to socialise with the major players in the leather upholstery sector. Also on April 5 will be the annual conferences of the International Councils of Tanners, and of the Hides Skins and Leather Traders Associations, ICT and ICHSLTA. These will conclude with a gala dinner the same evening in the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel. The next day heralds the opening of the APLF which will bring together the many sectors of the global industry under one roof.
