Loake's spring range

26 November 2002

For spring and summer 2003, quality Goodyear welted shoemakers Loake are breaking with tradition and introducing more casual and fashion orientated styling. Loake hope that the new designs will satisfy demand from their growing number of younger customers. The typical Loake customer is becoming increasingly difficult to define. Their beautiful handcrafted shoes can be found on city gents, DJs and Formula One teams. The new styles, introduced in the Design Loake collection, broaden the contemporary appeal of the Loake range of footwear and introduce a variety of different colour options for the first time. A step-in mocc loafer in soft, full grain leather is available in either black, dark brown, putty or - predicted to be a continuing favourite next summer - white. This is joined by three new Goodyear welted styles: a tramline front gibson, a step-in casual and a plain fronted chukka boot, all with rubber studded leather soles. each is available in black or rich antiqued tan full grain leather.
