More Rohm and Haas appointments

Rohm and Haas Company's board of directors has elected Carol Eicher a vice president of the company and Jacques M Croisetiere, chief financial officer, both effective May 31, 2003. As previously announced, Croisetiere will succeed Bradley J Bell, Rohm and Haas Company's chief financial officer. Eicher joined Rohm and Haas Company's Chemical Specialties Division in 2000. In 2001, she was named Business Unit Director for Organic Specialties. She later joined the Shipley Printed Wiring Board and was recently named Business Unit Director for Process Chemicals. Croisetiere was most recently Vice-President and Director of the company's Process Chemicals Business Unit and European Regional Director. He joined Morton Salt as Vice-President, Finance, for its Canadian subsidiary in 1990. After a number of positions with increasing responsibility in Finance, he moved into general management with responsibility for Information Technology, and later for the Plastic Additives and Sealants business. He was named Vice-President and Business Unit Director of Ion Exchange Resins for Rohm and Haas in 1999.
