Boxmark Leather to build new production plant

10 March 2014

Boxmark Leather, the car-seat covers maker, is to build a new production plant following its improved results in 2013. The company generated over €130 million in revenues and several millions in profit, said CEO Marjan Trobiš. Additionally, the company has also increased its employees in addition to its current total of 1,938 seamstresses at two facilities in Dravograd and Kidricevo Slovenia. Only a year ago, Boxmark had 1,600 workers, and Trobiš is confident that they will continue to expand. After the company closed a plant in Radlje ob Dravi a year ago, as it was recently reported in the Slovenia Times, it launched a new facility in the nearby Dravograd.
