Brazilian leather will be featured at Showtime Market from 7−10 December in High Point, North Carolina, US.

The event focuses on materials produced predominately for the North American furniture industry. The US is the third-largest market for Brazilian leather in global exports.

JBS Couros and Kromática will participate with support from Brazilian Leather, a project promoted by the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) for the promotion of leather exports.

"We know that the exhibition works as a straight bridge to this market and we hope to have success, opening new markets in a time where North American economy is growing," says Pedro Ribeiro of Kromática.

Fernando Bellese of JBS Couros said that being at Showtime Market is a great opportunity to have closer contact with clients and better promotion for products.

"It also gives us a great opportunity to evaluate current and future trends for the sector," he adds.
