The Tannery of the Year awards kicked off the first evening of this year’s MM&T last night in Hong Kong.
During this fifth programme of the internationally recognised awards, a prestigious panel of five judges awarded Pará-based Couro do Norte the Global Tannery of the Year honour.
Founded in 1981, Couro do Norte was founded on excellence in its environmental policies and practices toward product traceability. More details to follow on other regional winners and finalists.
