North Korea Spends Over £400 Billion on Luxury Goods Per Year

According to the head of South Korea’s state spy agency, the North Korean regime spends the amount on such items as fur, liquor and cars.

Suh Hoon, director of the National Intelligence Agency was speaking at a behind closed doors annual parliamentary audit of his agency’s affairs and corrected a report that stated North Korea spends more than two thirds of its annual budget on luxury products.
