27 August 2015

Eugen Katzenstein, who worked for more than 13 years for TFL, since 2001 as CFO and since 2007 as member of the Executive Board, has left the company.

Richard Fenton was nominated as chief finance officer and has joined the TFL Executive Board reporting to the CEO. Originally a chartered accountant from the UK, he is an experienced CFO, having worked in a number of large international manufacturing groups, including seven years at a chemical business owned by a US private equity firm, where he drove change in financial reporting and internal processes.

Simultaneously, TFL appointed Henrik Pedersen as chief sales & marketing officer, responsible for all sales around the world. He will also join the TFL Executive Board.

Dr Peter Amann takes over the role as CEO and COO in the TFL Executive Board and continues to be responsible for production, R&D, supply chain and purchasing.
