TFL Leather Art & Technology

17 September 2014

During the closing hours of Lineapelle, renowned leather chemical company TFL whisked away a handful of customers and press to their facilities in Buscate, a short coach ride away from the fair, to highlight their ingenuity to achieve art in leather through science and technology. It's a tricky balance to get the subjective and linear balance right, but TFL were confident enough to put on this event to highlight that the team here, led by site manager Mauro Magnaguagno, are at the head of the field of innovation in leather.

Amid the impressive catering and jazz trio belting out standards were examples of TFL's impressive range of possibilities for the leather industry. Hands-on and interactive, the 100-plus guests walked the floor handling, if not coveting, some of the luxurious samples, and several large albums contained recent trends. The moods and emotions of trends for A/W 2015-16 were also prominently displayed.
