The world’s largest technical leather event, the XXXIII IULTCS Congress (International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemists Societies), has opened in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil.
The IULTCS Congress gathers 1,000 leather professionals and entrepreneurs from all over the globe in the city of Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, to debate new developments and technologies, and attend meetings, special lectures and research presentations.
The last time Brazil hosted the IULTCS Congress was in 1993, in Porto Alegre. The 33rd edition of the IULTCS Congress is organized by ABQTIC (the Brazilian Association of Leather Industry Technicians and Chemists).
